Squair advised Exwayz and its founders, and Degroux Brugère advised the investors CentraleSupélec Venture and Yves Bonnefont (former Stellantis executive). The transaction comprises a seed financing of approximately €500,000 raised by Exwayz from CentraleSupélec Venture and Yves Bonnefont. Exwayz was founded in 2021 by Hassan Bouchiba, Mathias Corsia and Antoine Plat, who met while working at Terra 3D. The company was accelerated by 21st by CentraleSupélec at Station F and develops SLAM (simultaneous localization and mapping) software. The SLAM solution enables machines equipped with Lidar radar — including delivery robots and autonomous vehicles — to localize themselves in real time with centimetre-level accuracy in environments such as ports, logistics platforms and urban canyons. The software also has applications in the space sector and is offered on a subscription basis to companies that integrate it into their own technologies. Squair represented Exwayz and its founders with a team composed by: Damien Gorse and Louis Le Roy. Degroux Brugère represented the investors CentraleSupélec Venture and Yves Bonnefont with a team composed by: Jérémie Swiecznik and Benoît Courtet.
