Kingspan Group Acquires Mercor’s Natural Smoke Exhaust and Fire Ventilation Business with Advice from Redcliffe Partners, Clifford Chance and White & Case

Redcliffe Partners and Clifford Chance advised the Kingspan Group, while White & Case, and reportedly Avellum, advised Mercor in the transaction. The transaction involved the Kingspan Group’s acquisition of Mercor’s natural smoke exhaust and fire ventilation business. The deal spans multiple jurisdictions, including Spain, Ukraine, the United Kingdom, Romania, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland. According to Redcliffe Partners, the Kingspan Group is a global leader in advanced insulation and building envelope solutions with operations across numerous international markets.
