Madrona Advises on BRL 80 Million Falcon Consignado FIDC Quota Offering

Madrona Advogados acted as deal counsel to the Falcon Consignado Fundo de Investimento em Direitos Creditórios (Falcon Consignado FIDC), advising on the structuring of the Classe Única – Responsabilidade Limitada and on the fund's primary public offering of quotas. The fourth issuance comprised up to 80,000 quotas, including senior and mezzanine tranches, for a total amount of up to BRL 80 million. The fund is administered by BRL Trust DTVM and managed by Riza Securitização e Carteiras Gestora de Recursos. The offering was coordinated by BRL Trust DTVM. Falcon Consignado FIDC invests in receivables arising from payroll-deductible credit card transactions and payroll-deductible loans. Madrona Advogados represented the Falcon Consignado FIDC with a team composed by: partner André De Vita and associate Rafaela Teixeira.
