Cescon Barrieu advised the issuer, Concessionária da Rodovia MS 306, and Machado Meyer represented the underwriters in the transaction. The transaction comprised the company’s second issuance of simple, non‑convertible debentures. The notes were issued as secured, single‑series debentures and were offered through a public distribution under CVM Instruction 160. The offering was coordinated by Banco Bradesco BBI, UBS BB Corretora and Itaú BBA Assessoria Financeira. The offering totaled BRL 725 million. The proceeds will be allocated to the reimbursement of expenses and costs directly incurred with investments in highway infrastructure and to future investments related to the company’s concession.
