BDO Abogados advised Zotefoams, a UK-listed company specialising in technical foams, on its acquisition of Overseas Konstellation Company (OKC), a leading producer of technical foams based in Anglesola, Spain. The transaction closed for an initial consideration of €27.6 million, together with a deferred payment of up to €8.4 million contingent on OKC's financial performance in 2026. The acquisition strengthens Zotefoams' manufacturing presence in continental Europe and supports its long-term growth strategy by expanding its capabilities, product range and service capacity. BDO Abogados represented Zotefoams with a team composed by: Álvaro Marco Asencio, partner in charge of the commercial department; Andrés Álvarez-Sala Turiel, director of the commercial department. BDO Deal Advisory coordinated with BDO Abogados and was responsible for financial due diligence and property valuation.
