EY Abogados advised Dazia Capital on the sale of one of its landmark buildings located on Palafox Street in Madrid. The transaction was structured as an asset deal in favor of a national investor. The asset comprises ten one- and two-bedroom homes and will continue to be operated by Darya Living, Dazia’s operator, which specialises in managing short- and medium-stay rental homes and buildings in central Madrid and provides services to private clients and family offices.
