Advestra advises Galderma on CHF 175 million bond issuance

"Advestra advised Galderma on the issuance of CHF 175 million bonds due 2030 with a coupon of 0.9425%. The bonds were guaranteed by Galderma Group and issued by Galderma Holding. BNP Paribas (Paris, Lancy/Geneva branch) and UBS acted as joint lead managers."

Advestra advised Galderma in connection with the issuance of the CHF 175 million bonds and assisted the company on all Swiss legal aspects of the transaction. The transaction comprised the issuance of CHF 175 million bonds due 2030 with a coupon of 0.9425%. The bonds were guaranteed by Galderma Group, with Galderma Holding acting as issuer. BNP PARIBAS, Paris, Lancy/Geneva branch, and UBS served as joint lead managers for the placement.
