Homburger advised Aris Mining Corporation on its acquisition of the remaining 49% interest in the Soto Norte joint venture in Colombia from MDC Industry Holding Company (Mubadala). Under the terms of the transaction, Aris Mining Corporation acquired the outstanding 49% interest and now holds 100% ownership of the Soto Norte underground gold project in Colombia. Homburger represented Aris Mining Corporation with a team composed by: Daniel Hasler (Corporate/M&A), who led the team, together with Marco Rostetter (Corporate/M&A) and Jürg Frick (Financing).
