Bratschi advised the owners of Dokspot on the company’s sale to Matrix One, a portfolio company of Lauxera Capital Partners. The transaction concerns the sale of Dokspot, a firm specialising in electronic Instructions for Use solutions for in vitro diagnostics and medical device manufacturers, to Matrix One, which is part of the Lauxera Capital Partners portfolio. The deal transfers ownership of Dokspot to Matrix One and positions the business within Lauxera’s investment platform. Bratschi represented the owners of Dokspot with a team composed by: Corporate and M&A partner Etienne Gard, who led the transaction.
