Teike acquires three public lighting companies in Puglia adding 12,000 lighting points

Gianni & Origoni advised Teike, and LawSharing advised the sellers in the transaction. The transaction concerns Teike, a company active in energy efficiency services for public administrations, which has entered into a binding agreement to acquire the equity interests in three companies operating in the public lighting market in Puglia. The deal brings a total of 12,000 additional lighting points across eight municipalities in the region. The acquisition is part of Teike’s development strategy aimed at broadening its service offering and is presented as a key element of its growth plan in support of local administrations.
