Ashurst assisted BNP Paribas BNL Equity Investments (Bbei), and LMCR assisted The Club Dealers, in a transaction concerning an investment in Granda Manufacturing Group (GMG). The transaction involved BNP Paribas BNL Equity Investments (Bbei) acquiring a minority stake in Granda Manufacturing Group (GMG), an operator in the pools and wellness sector founded by the Cussino family, which remains the majority shareholder. The operation was executed as part of a club deal promoted by The Club Dealers, an initiative founded by Carlo Mammola and Enrico Ricotta and assisted by LMCR. The investment will support GMG’s growth plan, which foresees consolidation of the Group’s leadership position in the domestic market and the launch of further projects aimed at expanding the product range and strengthening GMG’s presence in international markets.
