LMCR and Biscozzi Nobili advise on Röko's acquisition of majority stake in ITIB Machinery International

LMCR advised Röko, the Swedish listed buyer, and Biscozzi Nobili & Partners advised the sellers in the acquisition of a majority stake in ITIB Machinery International. The transaction involved Röko's acquisition of a controlling interest in ITIB Machinery International. ITIB (IMI) is a historic company in the production of machinery for corrugated pipes and operates on a global scale. The company specialises in the design and manufacture of corrugators and ancillary equipment for plastic extrusion. Under the terms of the deal, the current management will retain 25% of the share capital. LMCR represented Röko with a team composed by: Elmar Zwick, Francesco Bernardi, Alberto Colucci and Antonio Carlucci. Biscozzi Nobili & Partners represented the sellers with a team composed by: partner Aldo Bisioli, Edoardo Mörlin and Luisa Galeotti.
