CMS Wistrand advised Strawberry Living on the establishment of Aurora Village, which is being developed together with Adapteo. The project forms part of Strawberry Living’s new business segment focused on operating complete living environments for large industrial and infrastructure projects. The facility will be established on Storporsön in Luleå and is planned to accommodate approximately 2,000 people working on SSAB’s transition to fossil‑free steel production. Strawberry Living will be responsible for operating the accommodation facilities, which will include a restaurant, a mini‑market and a gym.
