CMS Advises Capreon on Acquisition of New Babylon in The Hague

"CMS advised funds managed by private equity firm Capreon on the acquisition of all shares in PFA Dutch Commercial Real Estate Low B.V., owner of the New Babylon complex in The Hague, from PFA and HANNOVER LEASING. The complex comprises approx. 49,000 sqm, including 41,000 sqm of offices and 8,000 sqm of commercial space."

CMS represented funds managed by private equity firm Capreon in the acquisition of all shares in PFA Dutch Commercial Real Estate Low B.V., the owner of the New Babylon complex in The Hague, from PFA (Denmark’s largest pension fund) and HANNOVER LEASING. The transaction concerns New Babylon, a mixed-use complex located immediately adjacent to The Hague Central Station and housing more than thirty companies. The property comprises approximately 49,000 square metres in total, of which about 41,000 square metres are office space (Center Offices and City Offices) and around 8,000 square metres are ground-floor commercial space.
