Alten Europe acquires Corus Systems & Consulting Group

Cuatrecasas acted as legal advisor to buyer Alten Europe; Auren advised seller Corus Systems & Consulting Group; and You Are Capital led the M&A sell-side process. Alten Europe has acquired Corus Systems & Consulting Group, a Spanish multinational technology consulting firm that specialises in process management and governance, systems integration and automation for clients in the banking and insurance sectors. The transaction includes Corus’s operations in Spain and its subsidiaries in the United States, Mexico, Colombia and Peru. Corus reported an annual turnover of approximately €19 million and has around 350 employees. For Alten Europe, the acquisition strengthens its expansion in Spain, where the group already operates in more than 30 countries and maintains offices in Madrid, Barcelona, Valladolid, Pamplona, Cádiz and Seville, with a workforce of over 5,000 employees focused on technological innovation and the delivery of complex projects.
