KPMG Abogados advised Greening Group Global on the incorporation of a €20 million green paper notes programme on the Mercado Alternativo de Renta Fija (MARF). PKF Attest acted as listing sponsor, underwriter and lead arranger; Banco Inversis acted as paying agent; Andbank and Renta 4 Banco participated as underwriters. The transaction comprised the establishment of a paper notes programme with a nominal value of €20 million on MARF. Greening Group Global, which was admitted to BME Growth in April 2023, is engaged in the development, design, construction and promotion of photovoltaic solar energy generation projects through a vertically integrated business model and with operations beyond Spain. The paper notes under the programme have been designed to qualify as green securities, demonstrating the company’s commitment to environmental action and enabling the financing of projects with clear environmental benefits.
