BIP Law and Tax Advises Greengo on Financing of 3.5 MWp Liviada Photovoltaic Plant in Lombardy

Construction is due to start in Q1 2026 with commercial operation expected by June 2026; the project repurposes a former quarry for renewable energy."

BIP Law and Tax represented Greengo in securing a €2.15 million project financing provided by UniCredit for the construction of the 3.5 MWp Livia photovoltaic plant in the municipality of Pieve Albignola (Pavia). The transaction consists of a project financing facility intended to fund the development and construction of the Livia plant, with works scheduled to commence in the first quarter of 2026 and commercial operation expected by June 2026. The project will convert an area previously used as a quarry, now disused, into a renewable energy installation, contributing to local renewable generation capacity. BIP Law and Tax represented Greengo with a team composed by: Marco Muscettola, equity partner, who coordinated the team; Matteo Vagnoli, senior, responsible for the review and negotiation of the financial documentation; and Clara Frasca, senior, responsible for the review and negotiation of the EPC contract for the construction of the plant.
