PwC TLS Advises Cabot Italiana on Admission to the Fund for the Support of Industrial Transition

PwC TLS represented Cabot Italiana, assisting the company in its application to the industrial transition fund. Cabot Italiana is active in the production and research of chemical products and high-performance materials. The transaction concerned the admission of Cabot Italiana’s project for energy efficiency and resource efficiency to the Fund for the Support of Industrial Transition. PwC TLS handled the operation and provided legal support throughout the admission process. PwC TLS represented Cabot Italiana with a team composed by: Alessandra Cavina, Claudia Zedda, Andrea Brignoli, Lorenzo Fiorillo, Matteo Costantino, Anna Longo and Giulio Martirano. Cabot Italiana's in-house legal team collaborated with: Michela Succi, Valentina Zitignani and Alberto Viselli.
