PureLabs acquires Centro Medico Ponticello and confirms legal advisors

Dentons advised PureLabs, while Bonafè Grifoni e Assoxiati and Righini-Dell’Amico advised Centro Medico Ponticello; EpyonVivida provided financial advisory to PureLabs. PureLabs, a platform active in the consolidation of diagnostics and outpatient health services, has completed the acquisition of 100% of Centro Medico Ponticello. The target is an established private diagnostic and multi-specialty centre with reported revenues of €6.3 million and is the principal diagnostic and poly-specialist facility serving Alta Toscana. Centro Medico Ponticello operates from a newly designed facility in Massa (MS), strategically positioned to serve patients from both Tuscany and Liguria. The centre offers a broad range of specialist healthcare services, state-of-the-art imaging diagnostics and an ambulatory surgical unit that has developed a strong positioning in ophthalmology. The structure operates on a fully private basis and relies on a multidisciplinary team and advanced diagnostic technologies. The transaction enables PureLabs to exceed the objectives set by its 2025 development plan and to continue building an integrated national platform aimed at generating industrial synergies, economies of scale and durable value, while preserving local professional excellence and proximity services. With this acquisition PureLabs consolidates its presence across six Italian regions, following recent entries in Lombardy, Piedmont, Liguria, Lazio and Campania, and surpasses €44 million in aggregate annualised revenues. As part of the operation, seller Marco Borghini will retain a key role on the board of Centro Medico Ponticello and, together with Roberto Graziani, will reinvest alongside PureLabs in the development of a highly specialised surgical hub complementary to the centre's existing services.
