DWF Advises on Launch of Everest, the New Consolidation Platform for Vam Investments

DWF acted as legal advisor to Vam Investments and the newly formed Everest in connection with the acquisition and aggregation of five Italian companies. Vam Investments, a private equity operator specialising in buyouts and roll-up platforms, signed the closing for the acquisition of five Italian firms — Garolfi, Starter Energy, Guidi Impianti, Solarys and Omnia Energy 3 — active in the design, installation and management of power generation and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) systems for businesses. The combination of the five companies gives rise to the Everest group, a platform established with the objective of becoming the national leader in services supporting companies' energy transition. DWF represented Vam Investments and Everest with a team composed by: partner and head of Corporate, M&A and Private Equity Luca Cuomo; counsel Giacomo Romiti; senior associate Alberto Sieli; and associates Giulia Santi, Natale Galluzzo, Maria Caterina Signorini and Federica Boscolo.
