Browne Jacobson advised Pioneer Group on its sale to TRISON. The transaction sees Pioneer Group acquired by TRISON, a leading European digital transformation company. The deal is designed to bolster TRISON’s UK operations and unites complementary expertise across hospitality, quick service restaurants, stadia, corporate and retail sectors. Pioneer Group provides audio-visual solutions, network infrastructure and electrical services and has spent 14 years building a strong reputation with clients including KFC, Joe and The Juice and a number of major sports clubs. The acquisition gives Pioneer access to TRISON’s European scale and global resources and positions the business for its next phase of expansion while maintaining continuity for its client base.
