The matter involved resolving complex land use and certification issues arising from third-party claims. Dentons HPRP provided strategic guidance to verify land ownership and safeguard the foundation’s legal rights over its property, addressing disputes and clarifying the foundation’s title and entitlements. In addition to addressing the property matters, the firm updated and restructured Yayasan Santi Rama’s articles of association to ensure compliance with current regulations and alignment with the foundation’s operational needs.
