Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Swiggy Limited; AZB & Partners advised the book running lead managers Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited, J.P. Morgan India Private Limited and Citigroup Global Markets India Private Limited; and Latham & Watkins served as international legal counsel to the BRLMs. Swiggy Limited completed a qualified institutions placement of equity shares aggregating to ₹10,000 crore. The transaction ranks among the largest in the Indian consumer technology sector and is the second largest QIP by a non-banking company in India.
