Gleiss Lutz Advises GFT Technologies SE on Comprehensive Refinancing of Syndicated Facility

Gleiss Lutz represented GFT Technologies SE and the internationally operating GFT Group in the comprehensive refinancing and reorganisation of their syndicated financing. The transaction comprises a comprehensive refinancing and reorganisation of the Group’s existing syndicated financing. A banking consortium led by Landesbank Baden-Württemberg and Deutsche Bank AG has provided a revolving working capital facility to support the Group’s business operations and enable further growth in the coming years. DZ BANK AG, Deutsche Zentral-Genossenschaftsbank, Frankfurt am Main, has joined the syndicate as an additional lead financing partner. GFT shapes the digital transformation of leading global companies in the financial, insurance and industrial sectors. Headquartered in Stuttgart, the Group develops sustainable solutions based on new technologies, including artificial intelligence and blockchain/DLT. In 2024 GFT generated revenue of over EUR 870 million and employed more than 12,000 people internationally.
