Noerr advises Constellation Cold Logistics on entry into German market through acquisition of the Wohlert Group

"Noerr and Schönherr advised British-based Constellation Cold Logistics Group (an EQT Infrastructure portfolio company) on its strategic acquisition of Spedition Wohlert und Wohlert Kühl Logistik, covering German legal aspects and Polish transport operations. The deal is subject to regulatory approvals and is scheduled to close in Q1 2026."

Noerr and Schönherr advised British-based Constellation Cold Logistics Group (a portfolio company of EQT Infrastructure) in connection with its strategic acquisition of Spedition Wohlert und Wohlert Kühl Logistik. The transaction entails Constellation’s acquisition of the Wohlert Group, a full-service partner for the food industry that operates two main cold stores in northern Germany plus satellite locations. The acquisition will strengthen Constellation’s leading position in temperature-controlled logistics across Europe. In addition to the German business, the transaction includes the Wohlert Group’s transport operations in Poland. The deal remains subject to standard regulatory approvals and is scheduled to close in the first quarter of 2026.
