The law firm METIS advised the shareholders of ELIXIA Group in the sale of ELIXIA Group to LifeFit Group. The transaction involved the acquisition by LifeFit Group of ELIXIA Group, a provider of premium fitness clubs in Berlin. The deal transfers ownership of ELIXIA’s operations to LifeFit Group and consolidates the buyer’s presence in the Berlin fitness market. ELIXIA Group operates three clubs in Berlin — Lichterfelde, Hellersdorf and Wilmersdorf — each offering up to 5,000 square metres of studio area. Every facility features modern training zones, a broad programme of group classes, a 25‑metre sports pool and comprehensive wellness areas.
