Arsene advised IK Partners in the acquisition of the Rhétorès group. The transaction concerns the acquisition of Rhétorès, a financial group specialising in international wealth management and asset management. Founded in 2010 by Stéphane Rudzinski and Grégory Soudjoukdjian, Rhétorès offers a broad range of savings and investment solutions, including life insurance wrappers and access to premium asset classes such as private equity, real estate and structured products. Based in Paris, the group serves over 6,200 clients and expects to manage approximately €2.7 billion of assets by the end of the year. Since its inception Rhétorès has recorded strong organic growth. With the support of Activa since 2022, the group accelerated its external growth strategy and has completed 20 complementary acquisitions to date. The involvement of IK Partners together with Activa is intended to enable Rhétorès to continue developing its existing activities, pursue further external growth transactions and strengthen its presence in the French market of independent financial advisers.
