Jeantet advised Cusp Capital Partners, the lead investor, in the €8 million seed financing of 2501.ai. The transaction concerns 2501.ai, a French company that develops next‑generation autonomous AI agents intended to automate the management of IT and cloud infrastructures. The platform is designed to detect and automatically remediate incidents within computing environments, targeting critical sectors such as banking, healthcare and public services where reliability and compliance are essential. The €8 million seed round was led by Cusp Capital Partners and included participation from Galion.exe and Axeleo Capital, alongside existing investors Kima Ventures and Bpifrance. 2501.ai will use the funds to accelerate product development, expand its technical and operational teams with a view to doubling headcount, and prepare for international expansion in Europe and the United States.
