White & Case Advises Praemia Healthcare on €500 Million Sustainability Bond Issuance and Bond Buyback Offer

White & Case LLP advised Praemia Healthcare in connection with a bond buyback offer and a €500 million sustainability bond issuance. The transaction comprised a tender offer to repurchase part of an existing €500 million bond issue, with a total nominal amount repurchased of €150 million. In parallel, Praemia Healthcare issued €500 million of sustainability bonds maturing in June 2032 with a fixed coupon of 3.875%. The operation enables Praemia to proactively manage its debt schedule and to extend the average maturity of its financings. This is Praemia Healthcare's second sustainability bond issuance. The bonds have been admitted to trading on the regulated market of Euronext Paris. The net proceeds of the issuance will be applied to the refinancing of part of Praemia Healthcare’s indebtedness, including financing the bond buyback.
