Burges Salmon acted for ENGIE New Ventures in a secondary sale of shares in Vyntelligence, conducted alongside Vyntelligence’s £23 million ($30 million) Series B funding round. The transaction comprised a secondary sale by ENGIE New Ventures together with a primary funding round in which Vyntelligence, an agentic video intelligence platform based in London, raised $30 million (£23 million) from growth investors including Morgan Stanley Investment Management’s 1GT climate private equity fund and Blume Equity. ENGIE New Ventures is pursuing targeted secondary sales as part of its investment strategy to realise returns on successful portfolio companies while maintaining strategic partnerships. The approach enables the corporate venture arm to redeploy capital into new opportunities aligned with ENGIE’s energy transition and innovation objectives and to generate strategic returns.
