TotalEnergies Renewables Indian Ocean Ltd. completed a secondary sale of up to 28,640,138 equity shares of Adani Green Energy Limited on the screen-based trading platforms of the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited. The sale amounted to approximately ₹2,800 crore (about $350 million) and represented roughly a 1.74% stake in Adani Green.
