CMS INDUSLAW advised Z47 (formerly Matrix Partners India) and VenturEast on their full exits from MoEngage Inc., and advised Eight Roads Ventures and Helion Venture Partners on their partial exits. MoEngage Inc., an AI insight-led customer engagement platform, has secured investments from ChrysCapital, Mars Growth (Dragon Fund) and Schroders Adveq as part of an ongoing $260 million funding round. As part of the transaction, Z47 and VenturEast sold their shareholdings in MoEngage to incoming investors, effecting full exits, while Eight Roads Ventures and Helion Venture Partners completed partial exits.
