LPA Law Advises Barings and Seller on Sale of Prime Residential Building at 35 Avenue de Suffren in Paris' 7th Arrondissement

"LPA Law advised purchaser Barings and the seller on the acquisition of a 2,230 m² Haussmannian residential building at 35 avenue de Suffren in Paris' 7th arrondissement, comprising 18 apartments and two shops. The asset was recently renovated; the sale was conducted under a co-exclusive mandate with Bridge Real Estate and Newmark. Financial terms were not disclosed."

LPA Law advised the purchaser Barings and the seller in the acquisition and disposal of the Haussmannian residential building located at 35 avenue de Suffren in Paris's 7th arrondissement. The transaction concerns a prime residential asset of 2,230 m² comprising 18 apartments and two ground-floor shops. The building has been subject to significant recent renovation works, including restoration of the façade and roof and connection to the district heating network. The property benefits from a private garden, balconies and a concierge lodge, and occupies an exceptional location in the immediate vicinity of the Eiffel Tower and the Champ-de-Mars. The area features a low vacancy rate of 2.3% and a structurally limited supply of new housing. The sale was carried out pursuant to a co-exclusive sales mandate entrusted to Bridge Real Estate and Newmark. The parties have agreed not to disclose financial details of the transaction.
