Latham & Watkins Advises Highland Electric Fleets on US$150 Million Equity Investment from Aiga Capital Partners

Latham & Watkins LLP advised Highland Electric Fleets in its transaction with Aiga Capital Partners, in which Highland secured up to US$150 million in new equity financing. Highland Electric Fleets has secured up to US$150 million in new equity financing from Aiga Capital Partners. The investment will add capacity to support the company’s growth, build on an already strong balance sheet, and enable Highland to expand into new markets. The funding will also support additional vehicle deployments beginning in 2026. Latham & Watkins LLP represented Highland Electric Fleets with a team composed by: partners Caroline Phillips, Justin T.
