Travers Smith LLP advised Billing Finance in connection with a £250 million funding package provided by specialist investor Quilam Capital. The funding comprises both senior and growth facilities and will enable Billing Finance to accelerate the next phase of its growth strategy and deliver significant investment in technology. As part of the transaction, Quilam Capital will take a strategic stake in the business. Billing Finance is a long-established specialist motor finance lender focused on providing fully amortising hire purchase solutions for used vehicles across the UK non-prime market. The business currently serves over 15,000 active customers nationwide and is committed to investing in data-driven technology to enhance decision-making and customer experience.
