Pembroke Leads £7 Million Funding Round for Bolt Insight

Marriott Harrison advised Pembroke VCT, the lead investor, on its participation in Bolt Insight’s £7 million funding round. The transaction concerned a £7 million investment in Bolt Insight, a consumer market research firm. The funding will be used to accelerate development of Bolt Insight’s AI capabilities, including global expansion of its BoltChatAI product and creation of an AI Chief Insights Officer, a real-time AI intelligence agent. Bolt Insight combines conversational AI with human-moderated research processes, integrating historical research, market data and AI-moderated consumer interviews to deliver on-demand intelligence for businesses. Founded in 2019, Bolt Insight’s platform is already in use by 11 of the world’s top 15 consumer packaged goods companies, including Unilever and Danone. The investment will allow the company to further develop its AI technology and extend its services into a broader range of sectors.
