Schoenherr and KPMG Law participated in the transaction: Schoenherr advised Via Unita, while KPMG Law advised the sellers. Via Unita, which forms part of the Chapters Group AG ecosystem — a listed platform encompassing more than 60 medium-sized companies operating in mission-critical sectors including specialised software providers and a bank focused on international students — has acquired all shares in Lang Finanzsoftware. Lang Finanzsoftware develops software applications used in financing, administration and cash-management processes.
