Fishman Haygood LLP represented client Bernhard Capital Partners in connection with the merger between Bernhard Capital Partners-backed Brailsford & Dunlavey and Project Management Advisors. The transaction unites two nationally recognized leaders in program management and real estate advising. The combined firm will offer social and institutional infrastructure clients an integrated suite of services including strategic planning, project leadership, owner’s representation, and operations consulting, creating a premier institutional program-management platform. Brailsford & Dunlavey is a portfolio company of Bernhard Capital Partners, a Baton Rouge–based private equity firm focused on services and infrastructure. Fishman Haygood previously served as legal counsel to Bernhard Capital Partners when it established a dedicated institutional program management platform through a controlling investment in Brailsford & Dunlavey in July 2024.
