Deloitte advises Avícola Tratante on integration into Hevo Group

Deloitte advised the Avícola Tratante group in connection with its integration into the Hevo Group, owned by the international operator Global Eggs. The transaction involves the acquisition of Avícola Tratante by the Hevo Group and represents a significant milestone in Hevo’s expansion in the domestic market. It is the third acquisition completed by the Hevo Group this year, following Granja Legaria and El Granjero, and forms part of the group’s strategy to expand its business and production facilities. With these additions, the Hevo Group strengthens its nationwide presence with centres in Guadalajara, Cuenca, Tarragona, Navarra, Bizkaia and Pontevedra. Avícola Tratante, founded in 1969 in Sixto (Dozón, Pontevedra), brings more than five decades of experience to the group. The company holds the Galicia Calidade seal of quality and has a strong commitment to the rural environment, having established itself as a key player in the poultry sector in Galicia. The acquisition is described as a strategic step for the group and culminates a year marked by profound internal transformation for Avícola Tratante. Deloitte advised the Avícola Tratante group with a team composed by: Carlos Reverter Rodríguez-Marqués (director, Deloitte Legal), Alberto Castilla de la Calle (associate, Deloitte Legal) and Carmen Cavada Moreno (junior, Deloitte Legal).
