Addleshaw Goddard Advises Luca Learning Systems on $7.5m Series A Funding Round

Addleshaw Goddard advised Luca Learning Systems on the closing of its Series A funding round. The transaction comprised an oversubscribed Series A financing of USD 7.5 million, led by 6 Degrees Capital and including participation from Explorer, together with continued support from existing investors Heartcore Capital and Shilling VC. The round brings Luca Learning Systems’ total funding to USD 13 million. Addleshaw Goddard had also advised the company in all its previous funding rounds. The new financing strengthens Luca Learning Systems’ position as a leader in educational innovation and technological development and represents a milestone in the company’s strategy for international expansion into new markets.
