Bär & Karrer Advises Vontobel on Sale of Cosmofunding to Zürcher Kantonalbank

Bär & Karrer represented Vontobel in connection with the sale of its capital markets platform, Cosmofunding, to Zürcher Kantonalbank (ZKB). The transaction involved Vontobel, the wealth and asset management specialist, signing an agreement to transfer its capital markets platform Cosmofunding to ZKB. The deal concerned the sale of the platform's business and related assets to the cantonal bank. Bär & Karrer represented Vontobel with a team composed by: M&A partners Lukas Roesler and Ralph Malacrida; Daniel Flühmann (regulatory); Markus Wang (intellectual property); and Susanne Schreiber, Cyrill Diefenbacher and Fabian Capt (tax).
