Bär & Karrer advises Tertianum on acquisition of Senevita

Bär & Karrer advised Tertianum in its acquisition of Senevita. The transaction concerns the acquisition of Senevita by Tertianum and brings together two Swiss providers active in residential care and nursing for the elderly. The Swiss Competition Commission (COMCO) has approved the transaction. Closing is planned for the first quarter of 2026.
