Gianni & Origoni advises Banca Sella and CDP on Rosetti Marino €20m sustainability‑linked bond

Gianni & Origoni advised Banca Sella and Cassa Depositi e Prestiti in relation to the issuance, private placement and admission to trading on Euronext Access Milan of a bond issued by Rosetti Marino. The transaction concerned an unsecured, sustainability‑linked bond with a nominal amount of €20 million issued by Rosetti Marino, a company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and parent of a group active in the design and construction of offshore and onshore energy plants for renewables, oil & gas and carbon neutrality. The bond was placed privately and admitted to trading on Euronext Access Milan and was fully subscribed by Banca Sella and Cassa Depositi e Prestiti. Sella Investment Banking acted as financial advisor and arranger for the transaction. The proceeds of the issue will be used to support part of the Group’s financing needs for new investments in energy efficiency, the promotion of sustainable development and the green economy, and new initiatives for the Group’s growth in Italy and abroad. In particular, the funds will support design activities and initial procurement of materials for the project called "Liverpool Bay CCS Transport & Storage".
