Legance and ADVANT Nctm Advise on Namirial's Acquisition of Smouse

Legance and ADVANT Nctm participated in the transaction: Legance represented Namirial, a European provider of digital trust and digital transaction management solutions supported by Bain Capital, PSG Equity and Ambienta; ADVANT Nctm represented the shareholders of Studio Informatica in the sale and partial reinvestment. Studio Informatica was also assisted by Klecha & Co. and Deloitte. Namirial has acquired Smouse, the regtech platform developed by Studio Informatica, a specialist in compliance software for financial institutions and businesses. As part of the transaction, the shareholders of Studio Informatica will reinvest a portion of the proceeds and will join the Namirial group. Legance represented Namirial with a team composed by: Andrea Botti, Federico Borgogno, Filippo Antonio D'Amato and Charlotte Bianchi for corporate matters; Emiliano Torresan and Damiano Di Rienzo for labour matters; Vito Auricchio, Luca Casiraghi and Giulia Scrivanti for golden power matters; Sara Geninatti for intellectual property.
