Estra of Plures Group acquires Eolica PM wind farm from Alerion Clean Power

BonelliErede advised Estra (Gruppo Plures), while Chiomenti and Hager & Partners advised Alerion Clean Power; beLab Transaction Services supported BonelliErede. Mediobanca and Rothschild acted as financial advisors to Estra and Alerion respectively. Estra, a company of the Plures Group, has signed a sale and purchase agreement with Alerion Clean Power for the acquisition — following a competitive tender process — of the entire shareholding in Eolica PM. Eolica PM is the owner of an operational wind farm located in the municipality of Pontelandolfo (Benevento) with an installed capacity of 52 MW. The transaction marks Estra’s entry into the wind sector and represents a significant industrial development that expands the Group’s renewable portfolio beyond photovoltaic and biomethane. The acquisition contributes to a more diversified and resilient generation mix consistent with the principles of a plural energy transition, a cornerstone of Plures’ industrial model.
