The transaction involved the issuance by Altair Funecap Italia of a €200 million guaranteed bond as part of the group's main refinancing. The refinancing was implemented through a €2 billion senior secured bond made available by ICG and other financiers. The operation represents the most significant bond transaction in France in 2025.
