AKD assisted Azzurra Capital in the establishment and final closing of Azzurra Capital Investments SCSp, SICAV-RAIF - AZZURRA CAPITAL FUND I (ACF). The transaction involved the launch and successful final close of ACF, a private equity fund pursuing a strategy focused on primarily European investment opportunities in high-quality companies with clear scope to grow mid-term revenues, profits and value. At final closing, ACF attracted aggregate commitments of around EUR 630 million from professional and institutional investors across multiple geographic regions, underscoring continued confidence in Azzurra Capital's strategy and vision. AKD supported Azzurra’s international team throughout the entire process, from structuring and setting up the fund vehicle to completion of the final closing. The project and its successful close further reinforce Luxembourg’s position as a jurisdiction of choice for sophisticated fund managers and their global investors.
