Clifford Chance advises Antin Infrastructure Partners on acquisition of NorthC Datacentres

Clifford Chance advised Antin Infrastructure Partners on its agreement to acquire NorthC Datacentres from DWS and other shareholders. The transaction concerns Antin’s acquisition of NorthC Datacentres, a digital infrastructure platform based in Amsterdam. NorthC operates 25 colocation data centres across major metropolitan areas in the Netherlands, Germany and Switzerland. The company has more than 140 MW of secured gross grid capacity from existing and greenfield sites to support future growth and serves over 1,600 customers, including cloud and IT service providers, carriers, public sector organisations, financial institutions, industry, transport, healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. Antin has a long track record of investing in and scaling critical digital infrastructure platforms across Europe and targets investments in the energy and environment, digital, transport and social infrastructure sectors.
