IC RegFin Legal acted as legal counsel to Fireside Ventures in the successful closing of its ₹2,250 crore Fund IV platform. Fireside Ventures, a consumer-focused venture capital platform with approximately ₹5,200 crore in assets under management across four funds, invests in consumer brands across categories such as health and wellness, food and beverages, beauty and personal care, lifestyle, home products and fashion. The Fund IV platform has been organised as a master-feeder structure comprising an AIF in India with a feeder vehicle in GIFT City. This structure enabled participation from a diverse base of global and domestic investors, including US university endowments, sovereign entities and institutional investors such as Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD), HarbourVest, Waterfield, Fidelity International, Sharrp Ventures, Mirabilis and Emami Limited, among others.
