Addleshaw Goddard advised an international consortium of 15 banks in connection with securing a USD 1.5 billion unsecured revolving credit facility for KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. The transaction comprised the provision of an unsecured revolving credit facility in the amount of USD 1.5 billion by an international group of 15 banks. The funds obtained under the facility will be applied to the implementation of KGHM's operational and development plans, providing liquidity to support the company’s ongoing activities and strategic initiatives. Addleshaw Goddard represented the consortium of banks with a team composed by: Marta Domino (partner, Head of Banking and Finance) and Michał de Białynia Woycikiewicz (senior associate, Banking and Finance practice).
